The February 1995 issue of Sega Video Magazine is an entry in the Sega Video Magazine series of promotional VHS cassettes for Japan.

Curiously the Kanzen Chuukei Pro Yakyuu Greatest Nine uses the S.S.T.Band arrangement of the main theme from SDI. The "Game Insider" has an interview with Tomohiro Kondo (producer at CS R&D Dept. #1) and talks about Panzer Dragoon, and also previews the arcade version of Sega Rally Championship which at that point was in a visibly early phase of development.
