Takaharu Terada (寺田 貴治) is a director. Joining Sega in 1995 as a planner, he has created enormous amounts of data for Sega Saturn titles such as World Advanced Daisenryaku: Sakusen File and Advanced World War Sennen Teikoku no Koubou: Last of the Millennium, after which he was in charge of combat parts for Sakura Taisen 2 and 3. He also supervised the entirety of Sakura Taisen: Atsuki Chishio Ni as a development director.
