Minoru Matsuura (松浦 稔) is a former artist at Sega, having worked on both 80's arcade games and 90's home console games.

According to a profile given in Saturn Fan[3], his confirmed works are (Arcade) OutRun, Alien Syndrome Galaxy Force I & II and Tetris, (Mega Drive) Ghostbusters, Advanced Daisenryaku[2], Bio-Hazard Battle, Virtua Racing and Virtua Racing Deluxe, (Saturn) Sega Rally Championship, Sega Rally Championship Plus and J.League Pro Soccer Club o Tsukurou! 2.

As one of the developers of Alien Syndrome, he has a boss named after him: Minnow, as evidenced by his later use of the name D.Minow in Forgotten Worlds.[1]
