Rambo III (ランボーIII) is a 1989 overhead run-and-gun for the Sega Mega Drive by Sega to tie into the film Rambo III.
Gameplay
You play as John Rambo in various overhead shooting environments. shoots; hold for rapidfire. You have three of special weapons; select with and fire with . You can use the knife as much as you want, but the crossbow and bombs can only be used if you have enough arrows/bombs; collecting squares with A on them collects arrows and collecting squares with B on them collects bomb. You can get hurt by your own bombs exploding — watch out! While you can move freely around, the screen will eventually lock you from backtracking. Getting hit three times will game over.

Production credits
Though the game does not include a staff roll, two initials can be found in the game's levels. "ASO" can be found in Mission 4, likely referring to Hiroshi Aso. "Y.S" can be found in Mission 6, though it's unknown who this could be referring to.[4]
