Sega Ages 2500 Series Vol. 23: Sega Memorial Selection is the twenty-third entry in the Sega Ages 2500 series for the Sony PlayStation 2.

Sega Memorial Selection is a compilation containing four early Sega arcade games; Head On, Tranquilizer Gun, Borderline, Congo Bongo, and Doki Doki Penguin Land. Each have been given significant graphical and audio upgrades (though emulated versions of the originals are also selectable). There are also various scans of flyers and other promotional material.
