an implementation of an idea I put forward in Template Talk:Ratings. Surprisingly, it works. Sort of

  • it doesn't calculate averages automatically (yet) because we lack an extension to do it
  • there is no "hiding" of review scores. There may never be (I'm thinking text that reads "based on x publications" would be better there, and you'd calculate x)
  • big names stretch the table and make it look less pretty
  • don't have time to do sources right now - will be done later
  • <30 is red, >70 is green
