Matsuhide Mizoguchi (溝口 松秀), also known by the alias Mizoran (ミゾラン).
Izuho Numata has confirmed that they were a programmer for Phantasy Star II who, alongwith Sat Man, used her name for the enemy Ippo-Deho (Pod-Head in the English translation).[1][2]
