Mitsuhiko Kakita (柿田 光彦) is an artist and manager at Sega of Japan. His first game after joining Sega was Shadow Dancer[1]. He became lead artist for Top Skater[4], Crazy Taxi and Crackin' DJ. He was promoted to art manager at Hitmaker, supervising graphic design for Crazy Taxi and World Club Champion Football[1].
