Kenji Murayama (村山 健司) joined Sega in 1992. Assigned to the third consumer R&D division, after working on titles such as Switch for the Mega CD, the Victory Goal series and the Pro Yakyuu Team wo Tsukurou! series for the Sega Saturn, and J. League Spectacle Soccer for the Sega Dreamcast, he was selected as the director of J.League Pro Soccer Club o Tsukurou! 3. He is a soccer lover by nature whose hobbies include watching soccer games. In the 2010's he became involved with Phantasy Star Online 2 as operations director.
