Masanori Ohe (大江 真徳) is the deputy director of Sega's Project Support Department. He was one of the Data East developers who moved to Sega during the development of Shenmue. He has been a graphic designer, director, producer and service director.

While at Data East, he was known as Shintoku, a way of reading his first name Masanori (真徳) when each character in his name is treated as its own word: Shin (真) and Toku (徳). This name would later be referenced in the high score rankings of Ghost Squad.
