Norihiro Sekine (関根 紀裕) is a programmer at Sega of Japan.

Norihiro Sekine joined Sega Enterprises in 1994 and was assigned to work on Mega Drive games as a designer[3]. In 1995, he was moved to Sega AM2, and due to the department not having a section for designers, he instead became a programmer, debuting with the Sega Saturn version of Virtua Cop[3].
