- 1997 - Die Hard Arcade is released for the Sega Saturn in North America. Sega World Sydney opens to the general public, and, along with it, the Large-size attractions Aqua Nova, Ghost Hunters, Mad Bazooka, Rail Chase: The Ride, Space Mission, and VR-1 are released in Australia.
