This short article is in need of work. You can help Sega Retro by adding to it.

The BrawlerGen is a third-party dual Sega Mega Drive and Sega Saturn controller. It features a single thumb stick, positioned below the D-Pad (similar to a PlayStation controller).

Though it is advertised as an "analogue stick," the thumb stick actually acts as a second D-Pad. Because of this, as well as the lack of analogue triggers and an analogue/digital switch, the controller is not a substitute for the 3D Control Pad.
