Eiji Takaki (高木 英嗣) is a programmer at Sega of Japan. He first worked at Amusement Vision on games like Planet Harriers and Super Monkey Ball 1 & 2, but left around 2003 to work for Success, most notably on Operation Darkness. He then returned to work for Sega on the Yakuza franchise, beginning with Ryu ga Gotoku Kenzan!, as well as Binary Domain[1].
