Koji Ooto (大戸 孝二) is a programmer at Sega who most often works on The House of the Dead and helps out with its games even when not part of the development team. He was also the programmer of the Sega Titan Video BIOS[1][2] and would often help out others developing for the hardware. In high score tables, his alias is TFF.
