Sega Amusements International Ltd., often trading as just Sega Amusements, was a wholly owned subsidiary of Sega that focuses primarily on arcade machines which they distribute internationally. It was formed when merging Sega Amusements USA and Sega Amusements Europe.
On March 25th 2021, it was announced that Sega Amusements International had undergone a Management Buyout, becoming an independent company but maintaining its name and other distribution and manufacturing agreements with Sega.[1]
