Visual Concepts Entertainment, Inc. is an American video game development company based in Novato, California. They worked with Sega of America on a number of games (primarily sports titles). At one point they were a wholly owned studio within Sega, but were sold to Take Two Interactive on 24th January 2005.[1] They now primarily make games under the "2K Sports" label, to be published by 2K Games.
