Deith Leisure Spares was a subsidiary of Deith Leisure that manufactured spare parts for arcade machines. When purchased by Sega Enterprises, Ltd. in December 1990, it was merged with another "spares" subsidiary, Philip Shefras Spares, to form one company[2].
