Desert Demolition Starring Road Runner and Wile E. Coyote is a Mega Drive game released in 1995 which stars the Road Runner and Wile E. Coyote from the Looney Tunes cartoon series.

Gameplay

Characters

Both Road Runner and Wile E. Coyote have a slightly different game to go through, having different items to collect and sharing some of the levels but having a completely different level order.

Wile E. Coyote
Press A to leap, B to run, and C to jump. Hold down Down and walk to crawl.

Crates - Jump into one of these to obtain one of Wile E.'s famous gadgets, such as Rocket Shoes, Spring Shoes, a Jackhammer, a Flying Suit, and an Umbrella.
Road Runner - If you're able to catch him, he'll quickly run off-screen and leave behind six Stamps and a clock that will attract towards you.
Boulders - If you find any with dynamite, press down on the wooden box to blow it high. Run underneath it or jump on top of it to explore new places, though it'll quickly fall back the way it came.

Road Runner
Press A to "meep meep", B to run, and C to jump. Hold down Down to peck and eat bird seed.

Boosters - Hit one of these to quickly fly forward at incredibly fast speeds.
Loops - Road Runner is fast enough to run around loops reminiscent of Sonic the Hedgehog.
Wile E. Coyote - If you see a crate, watch out, as Wile E. will pop out and try to grab you. If he catches you, you'll pay with a large portion of health. If you trick him into smashing into something however, he'll drop six Stamps and a clock that'll attract towards you.

Levels

Wile E. Coyote and RoadRunner have different second acts depending on the character. Playing as either will result in the first two stages being flipped; Wile E. gets Red Rock Rendezvous first, then Buttes and Ladders, while Road Runner gets the opposite.

The game was later released in North America as part of the Mega Hit Series.
