The Sega Mega Drive Keyboard (キーボード) is an unreleased peripheral for the Sega Mega Drive. Whilst this keyboard from Sega was never released, the XB∀ND_Keyboard by Catapult and Keyboard from Tianli did see a release many years later, same as clones of this devices.
