Naoki Someya (染谷 直樹) was a graphic designer at Sega, with experience in both arcade games and console games. He was a background designer for the Yakuza series and art director for the Judgment spin-off series.[1]

A frequent collaborator with Toshihiro Nagoshi, he left Sega to join Nagoshi Studio.[1]
