Toshihiro Ito (伊藤 俊博) is an effect artist and development adviser at Sega of Japan. He worked directly on graphics from 1993 to 2004, with games like Blue Seed: Kushinada Hirokuden, J.League Pro Soccer Club o Tsukurou! 2, Skies of Arcadia (as the lead effects artist), Sakura Taisen 3: Paris wa Moeteiru ka and Sakura Taisen V Episode 0: Kouya no Samurai Musume. After the establishment of Global Entertainment R&D Dept. 2, Ito became an advisor for all of the department's output, alongside Shuntaro Tanaka and Yoshiaki Endo.
