Toshihiro Ito (伊藤 俊博) is an effect artist and development adviser at Sega of Japan. He worked directly on graphics from 1993 to 2004, with games like Blue Seed: Kushinada Hirokuden, Dragon Force, Sakura Taisen and J.League Pro Soccer Club o Tsukurou! 2. He became a lead effect artist at Overworks with Skies of Arcadia and Sakura Taisen 3: Paris wa Moeteiru ka.

After the establishment of Global Entertainment R&D Dept. 2, Ito became an advisor for all of the department's output, alongside Shuntaro Tanaka and Yoshiaki Endo. He would reprise this role at the succeeding departments Sega CS3 and Sega Games CS Studio 3.

After CS Studio 3 was abolished in 2017, it seems as though Ito joined CS Studio 1 / Ryu ga Gotoku Studio as a hands-on artist.
