The Nomad PowerBack is a rechargeable battery pack designed for use with the Sega Nomad. It is similar to the Game Gear PowerBack, offering an alternative to the six AA batteries usually required by the unit.
The Nomad PowerBack was only sold in North America, and can be charged either through a Sega Genesis Model II AC power adapter or through the Sega Game Gear Car Adaptor. It extends the Nomad's battery life by a couple of hours, making it a wise purchase for those wishing to use the Nomad on the go.
