Marvel Super Heroes vs. Street Fighter (マーヴル・スーパーヒーローズVS.ストリートファイター) is a versus fighting game developed and published by Capcom. It was released, among other systems, for the Sega Saturn in 1998. It is the second in Capcom's crossover series, and can be seen as a sequel to X-Men vs. Street Fighter. It features characters from Street Fighter Alpha 2 and Marvel Super Heroes, two other fighting games by Capcom.

The Saturn version of the game was not released outside of Japan.
