The Mega Drive Tower Mini (メガドラミニ タワー) is an accessory for Mega Drive Mini that consists of Mega CD, Sega 32X and Sonic the Hedgehog and Sonic and Knuckles cartridges to recreate the infamous "Sega Tower of Power" in the miniature style.
It was only released for sale in Japan, but a limited run of an American style Genesis version was given away to a number Youtube "influencers" and other media personalities.
