Sega Channel Management Inc. was a company formed by Sega Enterprises, Ltd. to promote the Sega Channel. It was headed by Shinobu Toyoda as CEO[4] from April 1995 to March 2000[2] and Edward Volkwein in an unknown executive role,[5] and had close ties to Toyoda's Sega Entertainment. It was also a shareholder and partial owner of STT Video Partners (more commonly known as Sega TV).[6]
