This short article is in need of work. You can help Sega Retro by adding to it.
The Megaverter by Alston is an extremely rare adapter which allows Super Nintendo Entertainment System controllers to be used on a Sega Mega Drive (and by extension, other consoles with similar DE-9 setups such as the Sega Master System and Atari 2600). A short run of Megaverters ("version 1" - it is unknown if there was ever a "version 2") were produced in the early 1990s and can handle six button setups.
