Masaki Matsuno (松野 雅樹) is a Japanese engineer and developer. He joined Sega in April 1985, starting out with early engineering work on Space Harrier.[1] By the end of the decade, he had begun work on what would later become the R360, with personnel soon belonging to the AM4 development division. After further work on Virtua Formula, Astro City,[1] and later Aqua Stage, Matsuno appears to have left Sega during the latter half of the 1990s.
