Developer Technical Support (DTS), also known as Sega Technical Assistance, was the technical support division of Sega of America, tasked with assisting both first and third-party game developers with Sega development hardware and its associated software.
The division had a counterpart in Sega Europe, European Developer Technical Support.

Developer Technical Support was formed after management split off the technical support responsibilities from Sega Multimedia Studio in 1994.[1]
