Puyo Puyo! (ぷよぷよ!), most commonly referred to as Puyo Puyo 15th Anniversary, is an entry in the Puyo Puyo series celebrating its 15th anniversary. It was first released by Sega in late 2006 on the Nintendo DS before being ported to a variety of other systems the following year.

Gameplay
The DS version introduces 8-player multiplayer (not present in any of the other ports). All versions introduce voiced cutscenes and new modes, such as play with Puyo twice as large as usual, play with Nuisance Bombs that turn surrounding Puyo into Henka, play with rotating boards, and various other features.

Puyo Puyo! is the first game of the series to featuring only the puyos in the box art in all plataforms.
