Yasuhiro Nishiyama (西山 泰弘). Joined Sega in 1997. Was involved in the development of the Mil-CD format for the Sega Dreamcast. Since 2005, he has become Sega's most important arcade game manager, managing 7-10 games at a time.[1][2]
