- 1994 - Symphonic Suite the Another Story of Shining Force, a CD, is released in Japan.
- 1995 - Batman Forever is released for the Sega Mega Drive and Sega Game Gear in North America.
- 1996 - SegaWorld London, the first indoor theme park opened by Sega outside of Japan, opens with the debut of the Large attractions Aqua Nova, Beast In Darkness, Ghost Hunters, Mad Bazooka, Space Mission and the VR-1 in the United Kingdom.
