You can become a part of the Sega Retro community in several different ways:
- Sign up for a Sega Retro account and become part of our group of editors (If you have a Sonic Retro account please use the same username for your account here)
- We have lots of game pages that are in desperate need of more information. If you know your way around some of these games, help us out by telling us how to play or what to expect. We also have many pages that still need to be made.
- We are always on the lookout for high quality, unmarked, genuine game media scans. If you notice a poor quality or missing scan of a game you have, please help by making a scan and replacing the bad one. You can use our scan tracker to track our progress.
- Log on to Discord and join #sega, our dedicated channel
- From another country or speak another language? Help us by providing otherwise difficult-to-get information about Sega in mainland Europe, Asia, Africa, and South America, or by translating texts.

- 1991 - Ka-Ge-Ki, Langrisser, and Wardner no Mori Special are released for the Sega Mega Drive alongside Shikinjoh, Skweek, and The GG Shinobi for the Sega Game Gear in Japan. The Sega Game Gear is released nationwide in North America alongside the game Psychic World.
- 1995 - Virtua Fighter 2 The Eternal Battle, a VHS, is released alongside Stellar Assault for the Super 32X in Japan.
- 1996 - Doraemon Waku Waku Pocket Paradise is released for the Sega Game Gear alongside Bakuretsu Hunter, Bishoujo Variety Game: Rapyulus Panic, DonPachi, Ghen War, Idol Janshi Suchie-Pai II, Irem Arcade Classics, Johnny Bazooka, Rockman X3, Nonomura Byouin no Hitobito, Revolution X, Shin Megami Tensei Devil Summoner: Akuma Zensho, Thor: Seireioukiden, and the SS Pro Commander third-party controller for the Sega Saturn in Japan.
- 1999 - Sakura Taisen is released for Windows PCs in Japan.
- 2000 - Shenmue: Ichishou Yokosuka World Guidance, a book, is released in Japan. Gundam Side Story 0079: Rise from the Ashes is released for the Sega Dreamcast in North America. JoJo's Bizarre Adventure and Resident Evil 2 are released for the Sega Dreamcast in Spain.
- 2001 - ChuChu Rocket! Player's Book, a book, is released alongside Advanced Daisenryaku 2001, Happy Lesson, Konohana: True Report, and WWF Royal Rumble for the Sega Dreamcast in Japan.
- 2002 - Sakura Taisen Shinshun Kayou Show Kanzaki Sumire Intai Kinen Kouen "Haru Koi Murasaki Hana Yume Sekibetsu" DVD Premium Box, a DVD for the stage play Sakura Taisen Shinshun Kayou Show Kanzaki Sumire Intai Kinen Kouen "Haru Koi Murasaki Hana Yume Sekibetsu", is released in Japan.
