OutRun 2 SP is a racing game released by Sega in 2004. It is an update to the 2003 release of OutRun 2; the "SP" stands for "Special Tours". Gameplay is much the same, but there's a brand new course of fifteen stages plus two new cars. There is also a deluxe cabinet version of the game, which wasn't an option with OutRun 2.
Another update to this game, titled OutRun 2 SP SDX was released for Sega Lindbergh hardware in 2006. OutRun 2 SP was also brought to the PlayStation 2 in 2007.
