Takashi Iwade (岩出 敬) was a chief artist of Sega. He worked on every main series Panzer Dragoon entry since 1993[2] and every main series Yakuza entry since 2003[2]. He is also notable for being the chief artist behind Hundred Swords[1].

He passed away in August 2019 of pancreatic cancer, at the age of 50[1]. He was posthumously credited for his work on Yakuza: Like a Dragon and Panzer Dragoon: Remake.
