You can become a part of the Sega Retro community in several different ways:
- Sign up for a Sega Retro account and become part of our group of editors (If you have a Sonic Retro account please use the same username for your account here)
- We have lots of game pages that are in desperate need of more information. If you know your way around some of these games, help us out by telling us how to play or what to expect. We also have many pages that still need to be made.
- We are always on the lookout for high quality, unmarked, genuine game media scans. If you notice a poor quality or missing scan of a game you have, please help by making a scan and replacing the bad one. You can use our scan tracker to track our progress.
- Log on to Discord and join #sega, our dedicated channel
- From another country or speak another language? Help us by providing otherwise difficult-to-get information about Sega in mainland Europe, Asia, Africa, and South America, or by translating texts.

- 1993 - Switch Koushiki Guide Book, a book, is released in Japan.
- 1995 - Virtua Fighter 2 Act.2, a book, is released in Japan.
- 1996 - Triple Play: Gold Edition is released for the Sega Mega Drive in North America. Guardian Heroes is released for the Sega Saturn in Europe.
- 1997 - AMOK, Digital Ange: Dennou Tenshi SS, Magical Drop III Toretate Zoukangou!, Marica: Shinjitsu no Sekai, PGA Tour 97, Private Idol Disc Tokubetsu Hen Campaign Girl '97, Sonic Jam, Waku Waku 7, and Zero4 Champ DooZy-J Type-R are released for the Sega Saturn in Japan.
- 1998 - Waku Waku Puyo Puyo Dungeon Koushiki Kouryakuhon, a book, is released in Japan.
- 2000 - Kuon no Kizuna: Sairinshou Perfect Guide and Rent A Hero No.1 Perfect Guide, both books, are released alongside Fish Life in Arcades in Japan. Draconus Cult of the Wyrm is released for the Sega Dreamcast in North America.
- 2001 - Sonic Adventure 2: Prima's Official Strategy Guide, a book, is released alongside Stupid Invaders for the Sega Dreamcast in North America. Evil Dead: Hail to the King is released for the Sega Dreamcast in France and Germany.
- 2003 - Drive Pico: Go Go! Car Navi Touring! is released for the Sega Pico in Japan. Sonic Adventure DX: Director's Cut is released for the Nintendo Gamecube in Australia.
- 2005 - The ZW-16XB, a clone console from ZOGA, is released in Russia.
- 2007 - Woody Pop is released for i-mode 90x compatible phones through Sega's Sega Ages portal in Japan.
- 2008 - The Incredible Hulk is released for the PlayStation 3 in Europe.
- 2013 - Shining Force Cross Exlesia is released in Japanese Arcades for the Sega RingEdge board. Sonic Blast is released for the Nintendo 3DS Virtual Console in North America. Puzzle Pirates is released for the iPad alongside Defenders of Oasis and Tails Adventures for the Nintendo 3DS Virtual Console in North America and Europe.
- 2018 - Sonic Forces is made available for digital download on the Nintendo eShop in South Korea. Puyo Puyo Tetris S is released for the Nintendo Switch in Hong Kong.
- 2019 - An aftermarket version of Advanced Busterhawk Gley Lancer is released for the Sega Mega Drive in Japan. Ryu ga Gotoku 5: Yume, Kanaeshi Mono is released for the PlayStation 4 in Japan, South Korea, and Taiwan.
- 2023 - Sonic the Hedgehog Volume 14: Overpowered, a book, is released in North America.
