Sega of America (SoA) is the company responsible for Sega's North American (i.e. the United States and Canada) operations.

During the 1980s and 1990s, Sega of America had a much greater role, developing and publishing video games and even developing video game hardware (such as the Sega 32X). Today, like Sega Europe, it primarily exists to assist in localisation and deal with public relations, with the majority of actual development being done in Japan (or by external companies).
