Sega Mega Drive Classics, known as Sega Genesis Classics in North America, is a compilation for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Steam, and Nintendo Switch platforms. The German versions lack Shadow Dancer, and the Switch version lacks the Wonder Boy games.

Sonic the Hedgehog, Sonic the Hedgehog 2, and Sonic the Hedgehog 3 & Knuckles were removed from the Steam version with the release of Sonic Origins. Because of this, it is no longer possible to get every achievement unless the games were purchased before they were delisted.
