Nihon Kikai Seizou (日本機械製造) was a successor to the manufacturing arm of Service Games, Japan, incorporated on the same day as Nihon Goraku Bussan (the distribution arm) in Japan. Nihon Kikai Seizou traded as Sega Inc., the "Sega" name being adopted from Service Games products.

Despite originally being split in 1960, Nihon Goraku Bussan would acquire Nihon Kikai Seizo in June 1964.
