Gunstar Heroes (ガンスターヒーローズ) is a run-and-gun action video game developed by Treasure and published by Sega. During development it was known as Lunatic Gunstar.

History
Legacy
Gunstar Heroes was later re-released as part of the Sega Ages 2500 series, alongside Dynamite Headdy and Alien Soldier.
Emulated versions of the game have been released on the Wii Virtual Console, Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, iOS and Steam. The iOS version was removed from sale on iTunes in 2015. [5]
In 2015, it was released for the Nintendo 3DS, as 3D Gunstar Heroes.
