AM Ishoku Team (AM移植チーム) is an informal group of members of various Sega of Japan development teams, including Sonic Team and Ryu ga Gotoku Studio, dedicated to porting Sega arcade games to home consoles. It was presumably established sometime between 2009 and 2011.
