This short article is in need of work. You can help Sega Retro by adding to it.
The Sega Game Gear version of the Pro Action Replay is a cheat device created by Datel. Game Gear Pro Action Replays were not endorsed by Sega.
Like its Mega Drive counterpart two versions of the Pro Action Replay exist for the Game Gear, although unlike its 16-bit cousin, the versions are not explicitly numbered.
It should be noted that Pro Action Replay can be attatched to the Master Gear Converter and make it possible to create and use codes for Master System games.
