Katsuhisa "Kats" Sato (佐藤 勝久) is a Japanese artist, producer, and designer most notable for his work at Sega of Japan, first 2 years on arcade games at Sega AM1 such as Golden Axe: The Revenge of Death Adder and OutRunners, then in the CS department working on the Clockwork Knight series and several sports titles, and for later serving as senior producer at Sega Europe.
