The Pocket MD, also known as the MD-360, is a handheld console-on-a-chip by an unknown Chinese manufacturer[2] and sold in Japan (and presumably the rest of Asia). It closely resembles a PlayStation Portable and can play Sega Genesis and Sega Mega Drive cartridges, but has no games built-in. It has a 2.7-inch widescreen LCD but can also be connected to a TV set. Unlike the GenMobile, The shell and face buttons have not been modified to match the 6-button Genesis controller. Also unlike some other Genesis consoles-on-a-chip, the PSG channels play in the correct pitch. It is available in mirror black, silver, and blue. It has a built-in rechargeable battery pack.
Hardware
The charging port of the unit is copying the GameBoy Advance port. Also has a standard 3.5mm headphone out and AV out. It is running on the TCT-6703, just as Hamy HG-806 making it pure Genesis clone on a chip. It has an 800mA Li-ion rechargeable battery.
