Magistr 16 (Магистр 16) is a series of educational Sega Mega Drive clone. It was also sold as Super Kombat KO16. Every console was sold with brand control pad, mouse and educational cart called Sistemnyy kartridzh. The system was followed by CyberShell.
On April 5, 2001 in Delovaya Moskva program on TVC, there was a reportage about New Game and Magistr 16 development.[2]

Obuchayushchiy Magistr
Obuchayushchiy Magistr (Обучающий Магистр) called simply Magistr 16 was stationary educational console released in 2001.
Obuchayushchiy Magistr + FD
This model is identical to the previous one but includes a floppy drive for writing data to a floppy disk. Released in 2002.
Magistr 16 Bakalavr
Magistr 16 Bakalavr (Магистр 16 Бакалавр) was a portable educational console, released in 2001[3] in 4 color versions.
Magistr 16 Obuchayushchiy Bakalavr
In mid-2002, New Game released updated model as Magistr 16 Obuchayushchiy Bakalavr (Магистр 16 Обучающий Бакалавр) with only 1 color version available. In 2006, console was redesigned to look like CyberShell[4].
