Keisuke Tsukahara (塚原 啓介) is a long-time (but less prominent) member of the Sega sound team whose genre is best represented by one of his two main aliases: Psychedelic Chung (the other being Tsukachan). He is best known for composing the music for Shinobi series title Shadow Dancer and he is currently part of the AM2 R&D Unit (aka AM R&D Department 2).

Tsukahara is also significant for his involvement with attractions found exclusively in Sega-inspired theme parks such as Joypolis and Sega World Sydney.
