The Super 16 Bit is an unlicensed Sega Mega Drive clone console released by Electrolab at some point in the 1990s. It was sold in South America, predominantly in Argentina.
Little is known about this console, aside from having shipped with two wireless controllers, and its bespoke shape meaning it is unlikely to be compatible with the Sega Mega-CD. Curiously the controllers feature a reset button.
