The ZW-2000 known as Genesis 2, Mega Drive 3, Mega Drive X, Mega 3, Mega Brasil 3, Game Station GS-1, Players Mega Drive, Millennium 3 and The System Core is a unlicensed Sega Mega Drive clone produced in China and distributed in Asia, Russia, CIS, South America and seems to have a shell based on the Genesis 3. It's compatible with the Master System Converter II. It has overclock, region, and hertz switches on the bottom. It's notable for having heavy input lag.
