The Extreme Land Mega Drive 2 released in Russia as Miro MR-202 is an unlicensed Sega Mega Drive clone console and one of many that are sold in Asia.
The console resembles a Japanese Mega Drive 2, right down to the colors, but ships with six button controllers of a slightly different color scheme.
